The National Population Commission (NPC) has officially launched a full digital birth and death registration system in Ebonyi State, marking a significant step toward modernizing civil documentation in Nigeria. Under the new system, applicants must submit a valid affidavit, a newspaper publication, and a certified Deed Poll executed by a legal practitioner.
