The scheme allows citizens to purchase laptops on credit, reducing the financial burden on families and students who struggle to afford essential devices for education and work. "This initiative will bridge the digital divide and ensure that every Nigerian has the opportunity to thrive in a technology-driven world," stated Dr. Chijioke Nwosu, the Minister of Technology and Innovation.
