Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries Limited is calling for urgent investment in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) to combat Nigeria's persistent malaria crisis. Emzor's Chief Executive, Stella Okoli, emphasized the need for a robust local API production framework. "Investing in local manufacturing of APIs will not only ensure a steady supply of antimalarial drugs but also reduce our dependence on imports," Okoli stated.
