The decision comes amid rising concerns about the impact of drugs on local communities, which have seen increased violence and criminal activity. "We are committed to creating a safer environment for our citizens, and empowering our youth is a critical step in this journey," stated Chinedu Okeke, Chairman of Umuahia South LGA.
