As the 2027 general elections approach, the Zenith Labour Party (ZLP) in Nasarawa State has opted for a consensus approach in its governorship primary, reflecting a strategic shift in party dynamics. This decision, announced by Cletus Ogah, the state chairman of ZLP, aims to unite the party and streamline candidate selection. "We believe that consensus will strengthen our party and present a formidable front in the elections," Ogah stated, emphasizing the importance of unity.
